Isabelle Harrison

Isabelle is the principal lawyer at Harrison Lawyers. She offers nearly 20 years of experience, having worked in the Northern Territory and Victoria in criminal, family and youth law both at Legal Aid and in private practice. She is an accredited specialist in Child Protection Law in Victoria.
Isabelle is a dedicated and fearless client advocate. Isabelle endeavors to ensure that not only her client’s legal rights are maintained but that they achieve the best possible outcome in their legal case.
Isabelle enjoys the challenges provided by a busy practice and is passionate about preserving individual legal rights against the State and approaches her work with enthusiasm and an open mind.
Crystal Ting
LLB (QUT), GradDip in Legal Practice (QUT).
Crystal joined Harrison Lawyers in 2011 and has a wide experience in the Children’s Court. Prior to joining the team, Crystal practiced in a range of areas such as criminal law, family law, and conveyancing for 2 years in Brisbane.
Crystal is approachable, driven and has a passion for assisting clients to achieve the best possible outcome.
During her spare time, Crystal enjoys indoor bouldering and competes in Olympic weightlifting
Neal Schwartz
LL.B., B.IR.
Neal practices as a solicitor-advocate predominantly in child-protection and youth crime matters, appearing regularly in the various Children’s Courts across Melbourne.
Before joining Harrison Lawyers in 2016, Neal practiced in a wide range of matters, particularly in commercial law, civil litigation (including in the Supreme Court of Victoria and High Court of Australia), wills and estates, and criminal law.
Like his colleagues, Neal is passionate about the need to hold government to account, especially when it seeks to intervene in the lives of some of the most disadvantaged and marginalised members of our community.
Jacinta Smith

Jacinta is the legal secretary at Harrison Lawyers. Since joining the firm in 2018, Jacinta has been responsible for office support as well as liaising with various stakeholders, including clients, the Courts and a range of other practitioners.
Jacinta has a strong interest in our legal system and working at Harrison Lawyers, with its focus on justice and fairness, has given her the opportunity to kickstart her career with the right foundations. Originally from Queensland, Jacinta has been living in Victoria for over six years, with Victoria providing for her a welcome contrast with its faster pace, unique vibe, and cooler weather.
In her spare time, she enjoys novels written by her favorite authors Stephanie Lauren and Nora Roberts.
